Greetings PHS family, today in PE we started out with our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on our hamstrings and quadriceps muscles. Next, we performed wide grip pushups and planks for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. After our warmup, we continued our flag football tournament games. The games have been extremely competitive and fun thus far. Keep up the good work! We ended our day with our static stretching routine. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
