Greeetings PHS family, today in PE we continued our Floor Hockey round robin tournament games. We started our day with our five lap warmup for cardiovascular endurance. Next, we performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our hip flexors and groin muscles. We performed wide grip pushups and V-ups for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. Students did a great job today with passing and receiving the puck during game play. We ended our day with our static stretching routine. Have a great weekend and I will see everyone on Monday.
