Greetings PHS family, today in PE
we continued our Floor Hockey drills. We began our day with our dynamic and
static stretching routine focusing on hamstring and hip flexor muscles. Next,
we performed staggered pushups and bicycle crunches for our muscular endurance
and abdominal strength exercises. We introduced shooting the puck and reviewed
passing and receiving today during our Floor Hockey drills. We ended our day
with our static stretching routine. Let's have another great day tomm.
