Greetings PHS family, today in PE we started our day with our dynamic and static stretching routine, Focusing on stretching our calf and lower back muscles. Next, we performed staggered pushups and V-ups for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. We continued our Floor Hockey unit focusing on passing and receiving fundamental skills today. Students did a wonderful job today, and are progressing very well. We ended our day with our static stretching routine. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
