Over the next two weeks, our General PE class will participate in the Softball/Whiffleball unit.During the softball/whiffleball unit we will focus on the following: foot work, proper technique during skill development, proper defensive stance, proper batting stance, hand-eye coordination, knowledge of the history of the sport, batting, catching and throwing mechanics and student improvement throughout the unit and of course FUN! Students will be expected to dress out everyday, as well as be active participants throughout the unit. Please note that this unit will be conducted outside, please dress accordingly.
