Greetings PHS family, today in PE we continued game play for the Team Sports Unit of Volleyball. We started our day with our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our hamstring muscles. Next, we performed wide grip pushups and planks for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. Students warmed up with their assigned teams and we continued the round robin tournament for Volleyball. We ended our day with static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
