Greetings PHS family, today in PE we started game play for the Team Sports Unit of Volleyball. We started our day with our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our calf muscles. Next, we performed super planks and sit and reach crunches for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. Students were assigned teams and began a round robin tournament for Volleyball. We ended our day with static stretches. Have a great Weekend.
