Team Handball Unit


Over the next two weeks, our General PE class will participate in the Team Handball unit. During the Team Handball unit we will focus on the following:  foot work, knowledge and application of official Team Handball rules, proper technique during skill development, proper defensive and offensive stance, hand-eye coordination, knowledge of the history of the sport, speed, agility, catching and throwing mechanics, student improvement throughout the unit and of course FUN! Students will be expected to dress out everyday, as well as be active participants throughout the unit.
