Greetings PHS family, we had a great day today in PE! We started our day with our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our calves and hamstring muscles. Next, we performed alternating pushups and curl-ups for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. During Flag Football skills practice, we focused on accuracy throwing stationary and while moving, and distance throwing. Lastly, we ended our day with our static stretching cool down routine. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
