Greetings PHS family, today in PE we started our day with our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our quadricep muscles. Next, we performed pushups and crunches for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. We started playing mini 3 on 3 games today focusing on proper stick handling, athletic stance, passing and receiving, shooting, and dribbling. We ended our day with our static stretching cool down routine. We will begin Floor Hockey game play on Monday. Have a great weekend.
