Greetings PHS family, today in PE we played our last day of Floor Hockey games. We started our day with a five lap cardiovascular endurance warmup. Next, we performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our quadriceps and calf muscles. Then we performed pushups and bicycle crunches for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. Students enjoyed playing their last games with the Floor Hockey unit. We ended our day with static stretches. Students, please remember to bring a #2 pencil and your interactive notebooks with you tomorrow for your post test. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
