Greetings PHS family, today in PE we continued our Floor Hockey round robin games. We started our day with a five lap jog around the gym for our cardiovascular endurance warmup. Next, we performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our hamstrings and hip flexors. For muscular endurance and abdominal strength we performed close grip pushups and toe touches. During game play, students displayed great dribbling and shooting during today's lesson. However, we want to continue to focus on improving sportsmanship and passing. We ended our day with static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
