Greetings PHS family, today in PE we started our day with our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our hamstrings and quadriceps. Next, we performed close grip pushups and toe touches in order to strengthen our upper body and abdominal muscles. We started our Flag Football round robin game play today. Students were assigned teams and started playing games. We ended our day with our static stretching cool down routine. Have a great weekend.
