Greetings PHS family, we had a great day
today in PE! We started our day with our dynamic and static stretching routine
focusing on stretching our hamstring and quadriceps muscles. Next, we performed
pushups and timed planks for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength
exercises. During Flag Football skills practice, we focused on accuracy
throwing stationary and while moving, and we also began our wide receiver route
running. Lastly, we ended our day with our static stretching cool down routine.
