Greetings PHS family, today in PE we started our day with our 5 lap run/walk around the gym for our cardiovascular warmup. Then we began our dynamic and static stretches focusing on stretching our hip flexors, hamstrings, quadriceps muscles. We then performed pushups and crunches for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. We continued our Floor Hockey Round Robin game play. Each team played each other once today. Students did a great job today with passing to open teammates and dribbling with their heads up. We will continue round robin play all week, and we will begin elimination play next week. We ended our day with static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
