Greetings PHS family, today in PE we performed our dynamic and static stretching routines focusing on stretching our lower back and hip flexors. We performed "super planks" and planks to strengthen our upper body and abdominal muscles. Next, we finished our last day of skills for Flag Football, we will begin tournament play tomorrow (round robin). We ended our day with our static stretching routine. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
