Greetings PHS family, today in PE we continued our Floor Hockey unit. We started our day off with a five lap cardiovascular endurance warmup. Next, we began our dynamic and static stretching focusing on stretching our quadriceps and hamstring muscles. Then we performed wide grip pushups and abdominal crunches for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. We started our elimination tournaments today in Floor Hockey. Each team had the opportunity to play at least one game. Students displayed great sportsmanship during game play. We ended our day with our static stretching routine. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
