Greeetings PHS family, today in PE we continued our Floor Hockey round robin tournament games. We started our day with our five lap warmup for cardiovascular endurance. Next, we performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our hamstrings and groin muscles. We performed diamond pushups and toe touches for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. Students performed well today with accomplishing their team goals. They also exhibited great sportsmanship. We ended our day with our static stretching routine. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
