Greetings PHS family, today in PE we continued our Flag Football games. First, we performed our dynamic and static stretching routine. Followed by our pushups and bicycle crunches for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. Students are really progressing with the flag football unit nicely. Students have been able to use the skills that they have learned throughout the unit and have incorporated them into game play. Tomorrow we will continue our Flag Football game play, let's have another great day.
