Greetings PHS family, today in PE we started off with our dynamic and static stretching routine. Focusing on hamstring and hip flexor stretches. Next, we performed close grip pushups and toe touches for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. We began our Floor Hockey skills practice with dribbling in a straight line, as well as dribbling while changing directions, and we played a few three on three dribbling activities. It is important that the students master the correct dribbling technique in order to be successful during the Floor Hockey unit. We ended our day with our static stretching cool down routine. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
