Greetings PHS family, today in PE we continued game play for the Team Sports Unit of Floor Hockey. We started our day with our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our quadriceps muscles. Next, we performed super planks and scissors for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. After a brief review of the Floor Hockey positions, and passing and receiving warmup we began game play. We ended our day with static stretching. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
