Greetings PHS family, today in PE we continued practicing skills for our Team Sports Unit of Floor Hockey. We started our day with our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our hip flexor muscles. Next, we performed close grip pushups and toe touches for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. The Floor Hockey skill of the day was passing and receiving.  We ended our day with static stretching. On Monday we will assign teams and begin game play. Have a great Weekend.
