Greetings PHS family, today in PE we continued our game play for the Team Sports Unit of Softball/Whiffleball. We started our day with our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our calf muscles. Next, we performed super planks and toe touches for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. I demonstrated each positon on the field, and we began game play. We ended our day with static stretching. Have a great weekend.
