Greetings PHS family, today in PE we continued game play for the Team Sports Unit of Floor Hockey. We started our day with our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our hip flexor muscles. Next, we performed wide grip pushups and V-ups for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. Students warmed up with circle passing and receiving and then we began game play. Students, please remember that we will have our Floor Hockey post test next Wednesday. Please be sure to review notes and vocabulary. We ended our day with static stretching. Have a great weekend.
