Greetings PHS family, today in PE we continued our game play for the Team Sports Unit of Softball/Whiffleball. We started our day with our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our hamstring muscles. Next, we performed wide grip pushups and 6 inches for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. I demonstrated each positon on the field, and we began game play. We ended our day with static stretching. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
