Greetings PHS family, today in PE we began game play for the Team Sports Unit of Softball/Whiffleball. We started our day with our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our hip flexor muscles. Next, we performed pushups and lower ab crunches for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. I demonstrated each positon on the field. Students were assigned teams, and we began game play. We ended our day with static stretching. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
