Greetings PHS family, today in PE we began game play for our Team Sports Unit of Floor Hockey. We started our day with our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our hamstring muscles. Next, we performed wide grip pushups and planks for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. After a brief review of the Floor Hockey positions, students were assigned teams and we began game play. We ended our day with static stretching. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
