Greetings PHS family, today in PE we continued game play for the Team Sports Unit of Floor Hockey. We started our day with our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our calf muscles. Next, we performed staggered pushups and figure four crunches for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. After a brief review of the Floor Hockey positions, and passing and receiving warmup we began game play. Students, please remember that we will have our Floor Hockey post test next Wednesday. Please be sure to review notes and vocabulary. We ended our day with static stretching. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
