Greetings PHS family, today in PE we continued our game play for the Team Sports Unit of Flag Football. We started our day with our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our hamstring muscles. Next, we performed wide grip pushups and bicycle crunches for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. Today, we focused on running routes and we also practiced game simulation. We will pick teams tomorrow and begin game play. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
