Greetings PHS family, today in PE we started skill practice for our Team Sports Unit of Flag Football. We started our day with our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our hip flexor muscles. Next, we performed pusups and crunches for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises.Today, we focused on practicing passing and receiving for our skills in Flag Football. Tomorrow we will practice running routes as a Wide Receiver, and begin game simulation. We ended our day with static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
