Greetings PHS family, today in PE we continued our game play for the Team Sports Unit of Flag Football. We started our day with our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our quadriceps muscles. Next, we performed staggered pushups and sit and reach crunches for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. Today, we continued game play for Flag Football Students warmed up with their assigned teams and we began game play. We ended our day with static stretches. Students please remember that we will have our Flag Football post test this Friday, please make sure that you are prepared for the test. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
