Greetings PHS family, today in PE we continued our game play for the Team Sports Unit of Softball/Whiffle ball. We started our day with our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our hip flexor muscles. Next, we performed pusups and crunches for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. Students continued playing softball/whiffle ball with great enthusiasm. Students, please remember that we will have our Softball/Whiffleball post test tomorrow. We ended our day with static stretching. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
