Greetings PHS family, today in PE we began our skills practice for the Team Sports Unit of Volleyball. We started our day with our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our quadriceps muscles. Next, we performed pushups and toe touches for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. Today, we practiced the forearm bump pass and the set pass for Volleyball. Tomorrow we will pratice the underhand and overhead serve as well as spiking. We ended our day with static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
