Greetings PHS family, today in PE we continued our game play for the Team Sports Unit of Flag Football. We started our day with our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our hip flexor muscles. Next, we performed pushups and planks for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. Today, we continued our game play for Flag Football. Students warmed up with their assigned teams and we began game play. We ended our day with static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
