Greetings PHS family, today in PE we continued our 5 on 5 round robin basketball tournament. We began our day with our 5 lap warmup for cardiovascular endurance.  Next, we performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our calf muscles. Next, we performed wide grip pushups and 6 inches for our abdominal strength exercise. Today we continued our round robin tournament. Students effort today was great. Students please remember that we will have our post test for basketball on next Friday (2/13/15). We ended our day with static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
