Greetings PHS family, today in PE we continued our 5 on 5 elimination basketball tournament. We began our day with our 5 lap warmup for cardiovascular endurance.  Next, we performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our quadriceps muscles. Next, we performed wide grip pushups and six inches for our abdominal strength exercise. Before we began our elimination tournament, students played two games of knockout working on the B.E.E.F. concept for shooting. Next, we continued our elimination tournament.  We ended our day with static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow. Students, we will have our Basketball unit post test tomorrow please make sure you are prepared for the exam.
