Greetings PHS family, today in PE we continued our 5 on 5 round robin basketball tournament. We began our day with our 5 lap warmup for cardiovascular endurance.  Next, we performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our hip flexors. Next, we performed pushups and toe touches for our abdominal strength exercise. Before we began our round robin tournament, students played two games of knockout working on the B.E.E.F. concept for shooting. Next, we continued our round robin tournament.  We ended our day with static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
