Greetings PHS family, today in PE we continued our 5 on 5 round robin basketball tournament. We began our day with our 5 lap warmup for cardiovascular endurance.  Next, we performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our hamstring. Next, we performed super planks and planks for our abdominal strength exercise. Before we began our round robin tournament, students performed a skills challenge combining all of the skills learned at the beggining of the unit (passing, agility, dribbling, and shooting). Next, we continued our round robin tournament.  We ended our day with static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
