Greetings PHS family, today in PE we continued our 5 on 5 round robin basketball tournament. We began our day with our 5 lap warmup.  Next, we performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our quadriceps muscle. Next, we performed pushups and bicycle crunches for our abdominal strength exercise. Today we continued our round robin tournament. Students are getting better with spatial awareness which is necessary to be successful in the sport of basketball. We ended our day with static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
