Greetings PHS family, today in PE we continued our 5 on 5 elimination basketball tournament. We began our day with our 5 lap warmup for cardiovascular endurance.  Next, we performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our hip flexor muscles. Next, we performed close grip pushups and sit and reach crunches for our abdominal strength exercise. Before we began our elimination tournament, students played two games of knockout working on the B.E.E.F. concept for shooting. Next, we continued our elimination tournament.  We ended our day with static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
