Greetings PHS family, today in PE we continued basketball unit. We started our day with our five lap cardiovascular warmup. Next, we performed our dynamic and static stretches focusing on stretching our quadricep muscles. Then, we performed pushups for our muscular endurance exercise and toe touches for our abdominal strength exercise. We practiced the skills of passing and receiving using the chest, bounce and overhead pass today, in order to be prepared for actual game play in the near future. Students did a great job today. We ended our day with our static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
