Greetings PHS family, today in PE we continued basketball unit. We started our day with our five lap cardiovascular warmup. Next, we performed our dynamic and static stretches focusing on stretching our groin muscles. Then, we performed close grip pushups for our muscular endurance exercise and 6 inches for our abdominal strength exercise. Students practiced 3 on 3 games today in order to prepare for tomorrow's tournament game play. We will begin our round robin basketball tournament tomorrow. Students did a great job today. We ended our day with our static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
