Greetings PHS family, today in PE we continued our round robin basketball tournament game play. We started our day with our five lap cardiovascular warmup. Next, we performed our dynamic and static stretches focusing on stretching our hamstring and hip flexor muscles. Then, we performed staggered pushups for our muscular endurance exercise and toe touches for our abdominal strength exercise. Students continued round robin game play today and the games were very competitive. Students did a great job today. We ended our day with our static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow!
