Greetings PHS family, today in PE we started our round robin basketball tournament game play. We started our day with our five lap cardiovascular warmup. Next, we performed our dynamic and static stretches focusing on stretching our hip flexor muscles. Then, we performed pushups for our muscular endurance exercise and figure four's for our abdominal strength exercise. Students began round robin game play today and the games were very competitive. Students did a great job today. We ended our day with our static stretches. Have a great weekend!
