Greetings PHS family, today in PE we continued our Kickball unit. We started our day with our five lap cardiovascular warmup. Next, we performed our dynamic and static stretches focusing on stretching our hamstring and lower back muscles. Then, we performed staggered pushups for our muscular endurance exercise and sit and reach crunches for our abdominal strength exercise. We then continued our kickball game. We ended our day with our static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
