Greetings PHS family, today in PE we started our Kickball unit. We started our day with our five lap cardiovascular warmup. Next, we performed our dynamic and static stretches focusing on stretching our quadricep and groin muscles. Then, we performed planks for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. We then started our kickball introduction. I reviewed the rules of kickball and made sure that each student understood their goals and expectations for this weeks kickball unit. We ended our day with our static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
