Greetings PHS family, today in PE we started practicing our fundamental skills for Team Handball. We started our day with our 5 lap cardiovascular warmup around the gym. Next, we performed our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our hamstring and groin muscles. Then we performed pushups and crunches for our muscular endurance and abdominal strength exercises. Students did a great job today practicing passing and receiving. We ended our day with our static stretching routine. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
