Greetings PHS family, today in PE we continued our Kickball unit. We started our day with our five lap cardiovascular warmup. Next, we performed our dynamic and static stretches focusing on stretching our groin muscles. Then, we performed pushups for our muscular endurance exercise and figure four crunches for our abdominal strength exercise. We then continued our kickball game. I reviewed the rules of kickball and made sure that each student understood their goals and expectations for this weeks kickball unit. We ended our day with our static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
