Today, we began our day with our dynamic and static stretching routine, followed by our muscular endurance (fitness components) exercises. We began our softball/whiffleball skills outside today while focusing on proper throwing and catching technique. Then, we progressed into fielding ground balls and fly balls, and ended our day with some static stretching to cool down. We had a fun day today in PE. I am looking forward to building on the skills we learned today.
