Welcome back PHS family. Today in PE, we started our day off with our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on hamstring and quadriceps stretches. We proceeded to our muscular endurance exercises focusing on keeping proper form while performing a "Super Plank" and building core strength and endurance when performing the toe touch abdominal exercise. We enjoyed Softball game play in both classes. The games are starting to become more competitive now. We ended our day with our static stretching routine. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
